McDonald's

Stopped last nite for a large coke. Got home and took a sip. Worst tasting coke ever. IDK what they did to it. Didn't even taste like Coca Cola at all. Spilled it out.

Has played same 10 songs on the PA since opened in 2012. Very clean inside and out. Fairly good service. Some employees seem kind of indifferent to customers.

It amazes me that the owner of this McDonald's also owns the one on harper and cadieux. Harper and Cadieux is very inefficient machine for McCafe drinks always down, never any salads, you name it they have issues and the resturant is filthy. Oh but in gross pointe there is free wifi, kids play area, not one but two drive throughs, service is decent but its well lit and parking lot and resturant is clean. Why is it that you operate so differently with resturants 2 mins apart. Detroit residents would like free wifi and a clean seat to sit in. Will never patronize either one anymore.

I go to this McDonald's all the time -- especially late at night. They are efficient and quite friendly, indeed. I feel respected and appreciated as a customer. My order is almost always right. On the rare occasion that there was any mistake in my order, they quickly corrected it with an apology and a friendly smile. Tasty food in a comfortable restaurant (with clean restrooms) at an affordable price makes me come back again and again.

The light skinned new manager has a very bad attitude. It's hurting the store sales and is a very bad example to her employees. I will never go there again!

They screwed up my order and had the nerve to tell me "That's what I get for coming late at night because there's only one cook!" CAN U BELIEVE IT!!
