Hayloft Saloon

I was there Saturday night with friends. The place is a DUMP! They have a broken air conditioner and the owner was overheard saying he would not fix the air conditioner unless the place burnt down and that those Queens are lucky they have heat in the winter, because the furnace is going too. It was miserable there...a lot of people left because it was too hot and humid. Then there is the boyfriend of one of the bartenders there insulting people for no reason. I will NEVER step foot in that bar again. The ceiling tiles above the enterance are falling down and with the age of the building, it wouldn't surprise me if there is asbestos in the ceiling? The parking lot is full of pot-holes with no sign of repair in the near or distant future. I wonder when was the last time the filters on the smoke eater were changed or cleaned? I suggest the place just give it up and close. The bar scene in Detroit would be better if they weren't around. They give all the other gay bars a very bad name.
