Everette's Natural Hair & Beauty School/ Salon

I had been trying to get an appointment at this salon for a week. This morning I called to ask if I could possibly walk in and get my hair washed, conditioned, blow dried and trimmed. The lady I spoke to on the phone seemed helpful and said I could come in at 2pm. I had some difficulty finding the location, but again the woman on the phone seemed helpful and guided me to the right place. I walked in and three women were getting their hair done. I was instructed to have a seat. I waited for 30 mins without an explanation or apology. I then asked who was going to be doing my hair and a lady responded that she would. I told her I had to be somewhere at 4pm and asked how long she thought it would take to get my hair done. She said that it would be an hour. She also said she had to be somewhere at 4pm, so hopefully she would be done by then. I then sat there for another 15 minutes again without explanation or apology. I was looking forward to getting my hair done by professionals who care about natural hair. I am extremely disappointed by the cavalier attitude the lady adopted. Such utter lack of respect for my time (and business) is appalling. Suffice to say, I will never go here again.
