Coin o matic

Attendant on shift was very rude. I was here Monday, November 25, 2016 @ 3-4pm. Not only was he selling weed, movies, and other assorted items, he was angry that my beverage spilled. I alerted him and apoligized and his response was "he doesn't get paid to clean up behind people" I was appauled by his response and wanted to leave but my clothes were drying. He then shut down the rows of washer I was using and said "Anything that makes my job hard, I shut it down" I didn't understand the hostility or the anger. I'm new to this neighborhood and will find another laundromat to use. I spent over $50 inside to be treated poorly! I couldn't believe it. I would like something to be done. He was black male about 5'6-5'8. Not very tall but he had on a hat with a ball on. He didn't offer his name when he asked if we were good on weed or an attitude then. Please email a response quickly or give me a call. I will report this on reviews because I feel people shouldn't be treated like this when they're spending money.

This is the WORST, CROOKED, UNPROFESSIONAL & EXPLOITATIVE business!!! I went to Coin-O-Matic to wash a couple small loads of clothing and dry a few other loads. When I placed my clothes in the washing machine on the same exact settings one washer said 22 minutes while the other one said 17 minutes and another customers washer said 9 minutes. I asked the attendant how could there be such a huge discrepancy in the cycle times and he explained that management and the owners were aware of the issue, but nothing had been down. The BIGGEST RIP-OFF was the dryers. I put $1.50 to dry a load of towels and when I tell you that after over 40 mins of drying they were completely damp. When I complained to the attendant he stated the owners turned the heat down because they were getting complaints that the dryers were too hot and were melting clothes. I said they didn't turn it down, they turned it off where it doesn't exist. One woman said the dryers have not had heat for a while because the owners want to make extra money, but when too many people start complaining the owners turn the heat back up. When the attendant touched my clothes he informed me that he's been getting tons of complaints and all he was told to do is tell the customer to add more money. I WAS TOTALLY FLABBERGASTED, SPEECHLESS & felt that he INSULTED MY INTELLIGENCE. I told him that I wanted to speak to the owners and management. The manager walked in about 10 minutes later and started to argue that their dryers are working and that they've been in business over 20 years. I replied, just because you've been in business a long time doesn't make you a Good Business and that the owners (2 white Jewish brothers) were exploiting people in Urban low income areas because they know many people do not have the means to travel to more affluent neighborhood where their crooked practices would not be allowed or tolerated. They would never do this over on Greenfield & Ten Mile. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!!
