Customer service was outstanding and the food was way better than motor city soul food and cheaper!!! :)

We have ordered from here several times. The people were polite and have always made sure we were well taken care of.

I was a regular customer trying to support small Black Businesses, the other day I had my worse experience there. I ordered my food through a call in,requested that my food was ready for me when I got there because I was in a cab, when I got there a hour later half of my order was not ready and I gave them ample amount of time, I asked could theu just give me what they have because I had two small children at home I was trying to get dinner for, instead of that I got an attitude, yelled at cursed out and told they are not going to loose money by packing a pre order so my cab ride wouldn't be $20





Thenext day the short lady with short blonde hair called my phone yelling and trying to plead her case, she called me 4 times to argue with me, I am truly unhappy with the service of this establishment



Every time had previously ordered from there I had to wait in the lobby at least 30 minutes when other people around me get their food quickly
