Vacuum Center Destin

My husband and I were introduced to this company by watching a fun presentation at our place of business. Intrigued, we stopped by the vacuum center in Destin. When we walked in we were greeted by the presenters father "Mr. Bob." He gave us a warm greeting and great customer service. We had an overall tour of the store and it was literally a candy store for cleaners. He then proceeded to take us in the back to what I call the museum. We were truly amazed at what we saw. I won't say anything else because I do not want to ruin your experience if you decide to go. He took time and had plenty of patience with us. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We can not wait to invest because it will make our job and life much easier. Everyone was awesome!

Buyer Beware. They will RIP YOU OFF‎‎ I would like to share with you my recent experience. My wife took our vacuum in for a simple plug replacement $19. They tried to sell her a complete "service" and upgrade parts. She refused and again asked for only the plug to be replaced. They wrote it up on a tiny stub and off we go. Upon picking up the vacuum they had charged us for $100+ including the "services" that we specifically refused. It seems the son of the owner snuck the "services" onto the stub without my wife knowing. They then proceeded to gang up on her until she left feeling overwhelmed, upset, and genuinely taken advantage of. Upon me calling the owner he was arguementative, sarcastic, and called my wife a liar. He told me he's been in business for 40 years and didn't need my money. If I didn't like it that I should take out an ad! I couldn't believe this guy. So I am taking out an ad on google and any other web review site that will listen. To sum it up ...‎ More »
