Do yourself a favor and don't even bother going here. Terrible management and horrible attitudes from all the staff. It took them three months to fix the main door bell. They will charge you for everything that needs to be fixed. Everything is old and very POOR quality. Maintanance is also bad. There is only one guy that fixes all the stuff in all the buildings.there are at least 4 buildings!and he doesn't understand half the stuff we explain to him.save yourself!

Do not rent this place. The kitchen and cabinets are of bad quality. The management is terrible and rude. The new management says that they have renovated the place but it is just to attract new customers.

We had cigaret smell in our appartment all the time. People keep smoking infront of the building all the time.

The washer and dryer are broken most of the time and the management takes months to fix them up.

The management never responds to any complaints.They are nice and sweet till you sign the lease.

When we had moved in there was the electricity bill of the previous renter of $100. The management said that they will adjust that. They never did!!!

On top of every thing the management will not return your security deposit. When we were vacating the appartment the manager had a look at the appartment and said that every thing was in good condition and he will send us the check of our security deposit of $900 within months time. After two months and repeated calls, the manager tells us that the carpet had to be changed.We had the carpet professionally cleaned and it was in great condition.

The management has cheated many people of their security deposits and have billed them incorrectly.
