Only thing this company does is scam people out of money! They over charge everyone that calls them. If you need plumbing find another company- these company will rob you blind!

This company should be closed down - take it from me and others I should have read before hiring them they do horrible unprofessional work not to mention very expensive over priced bad work. Pipes leak - not plum just a mess. How they have a plumbing licence - shame on who gave it to them or sold it to them!

The most dishonest group of business people I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business.

Charged a $129 to come out on a Saturday which is fine but when they got here they wanted to charge $891 to rod out the sewer line!!! EXPENSIVE!!! They told that they were their emergency rates even though their Yellow Page add say NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SATURDAYS, misleading advertisement there. Sent them on their way and took the $129 learning experience. New plumber will be here in 1 hour to do it for $325 and inspect with a camera after they are done for no charge. Now I know why they would not give even an estimated charge over the phone.

CALL ANYONE FIRST BEFORE CALLING BISHOP.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! We had an emergency plumbing situation that cost $9000. The one good thing we can say is that the plumbers that came to do the fix were nice and courteous. However, they did not have our job inspected. We spent several days working with the city inspector and they were possibly going to have to dig up our yard again to see the job. Bishop Plumbing has lied throughout the inspection process. When they have tried to be contacted to resolve the issue, they won't return the phone calls or emails. When we finally reached Brian by phone to try to explain why we would not use the company again, he spoke over us, gave many excuses (which are not true), and became unprofessional. He then hung up on us. That is the type of service you get for $9000.

Scott S should be commended for his professionalism, adherence to detail and assistance in repairing our plumbing problems, especially in negotiating our bottom line. In our opinion, he is a credit to Bishop. He is the prime reason why Bishop has been a favored resource for this family.

Do NOT even call this place. They are a ripoff and dishonest. Check out the Better Business Bureau website for their 46 complaints. They will charge you for even coming out to look at whatever your problem is, then quote you an unbelievably high price. If you refuse, they demand $80 for coming out. I'm going to start my own plumbing business and when I come out to check out your clogged drain, I'll quote $3000. If you refuse, I'll demand $80. I can only believe their employees stack online reviews. What other plumber has 375 Yelp reviews - let alone so many 5 stars? In my opinion, this company is a scam . Find an honest plumber.

Bishop's service was very satisfactory and very interesting. Many details were carefully explained to me.

We had water leaking under out kitchen sink. We called Bishop Plumbing and told them our problem. Cormac Connolly came and diagnosed the problem. He installed a new garbage disposal and did a perfect job. Also he was very polite and courteous.

Jason Calucci did an outstanding job doing the installation of the my new water heater. His people skills are also excellent. He is also very aware of how not to make chaos when he comes into the home. I will use Bishop again and I will ask for Jason.

Bishop Plumbing came after we called several others that wouldn't. Our toilets and showers were plugged up and it took the service man THREE hours but he finally fixed the problem. He also called his supervisor in to help solve the problem. It was a lot of work but it seems fixed now and they did a great job.

YOU SHOULD ONLY CALL THEM IF YOU ARE NOT LEFT WITH ANY OTHER OPTION. THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY ... COSTLY. I HAD JUST TWO SMALL PIPE LEAKS IN MY HOUSE AND THESE PEOPLE ASKED ME $1200 TO PAY. THE PERSON WHO CAME TO GIVE ME THE QUOTE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND READY TO RIP ME OFF WITHOUT PROPER LOGIC.THEY CHARGE SOMETHING CALLED DISPACTH FEE WHICH IN THIS CASE WAS $90.00 . THAT FEE IS ONLY TO SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR.

NEVER CALL THEM AS OVER THE PHONE THEY WILL AGREE FOR EVERYTHING BUT WHEN THEY COME AT YOUR HOME THEY WILL FIND THE WAYS TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND MORE. IN MY CASE OVER THE PHONE THEY SAID FOR PLUMBING AND HEATING ISSUE A SINGLE PERSON WILL COME AND WILL GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK BUT WHEN THEY SHOWED UP , THE PERSON SAID HE WILL ONLY GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE FOR PLUMBING WORK AND THERE WILL BE SEPERATE PERSON WHO WILL COME TO MY HOUSE AND GIVE ME HEATING ESTIMATE FOR WHICH THEY WILL AGAIN CHARGE ME A DISPATCH FEE OF $90.I WAS SIMPLY SHOCKED.I SENT THEM BACK BY GIVING THEM DISPATCH FEE ONLY FOR PLUMBER AND THE OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY ONLY CHARGED ME $160 TO FIX MY LEAKY PIPE. SO YOU CAN SEE THEY WERE CHARGING ME 10 TIMES MORE AND CHARGING THE DISPATCH FEE 2 TIMES.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH THEM THEN BE READY TO GET RIPPED AND PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR SMALL REPAIRS.

I asked Diane prior to her sending a service person out about the charges. She says it'll be "$79.95 for me to send a person out plus the cost of parts and labor, which he will tell you once he gets there." Diane never mentioned the possiblity of a $243 (flat) charge for the diagnosis. Brian, the service guy, is the one that sprung the diagnosis charge on me. So now, we're talking $320 just to get a diagnosis. I told him to leave the house after arguing with them both for 30 minutes.



Then after the arguing, he was then willing to start replacing parts based on MYknowledge of prior repairs and similiar issues and not do the diagnosis. Did this company beam in from Mars? Where is customer service... the pride in one's profession? Hello, I've hired THEM to tell me what's wrong and fix it and not be side-swiped with surprise "diagnosis" fees. Learn to talk more clearly about what the projected cost is, what the $79.95 includes and we would have been fine. Had I known the $79.95 did not include diagnosing the issue - I would never of had them come out and kept shopping.



Oh, then Brian starts throwing around the "legal" threats, because I refused to pay the $79.95. I was provided no service. I knew something was wrong when they started going through all the legal waivers over contracts.
