im going to give this a 1 star review only because the staff was very friendly...My true bad experience is not with the wait time, staff or cleanliness of the office....it is with the doctor himself for which I felt much like a burden than a patient. The "cleaning" I received took all of 3 mins, consisted of 1 min of water pic cleaner tool and another 2 mins of polish for which he didnt even polish each tooth individually...This doctor definately needs to hire hygentists because cleaning teeth is definately beneath him...so sorry I went there, now I have to wait another 6 mos before I qualify for a real cleaning! So not happy!
