My husband and I had them make the arrangements for our wedding and they did an amazing job! We were clueless when it came to what kind of flowers we wanted, but they did a great job of telling us what would look good for the type of wedding we were having. We gave them the colors of our wedding and some swatches from our bridesmaid dresses and told them to do whatever looked best. On the day of our wedding they showed up and they had put together HUGE centerpieces and bouquets and we couldn't believe how much they were able to accomplish with such a small budget. They set up everything themselves and provided some decor for us to use along with the flowers. We highly recommend them! We would also suggest letting them use their own creative capabilities because they have great insight!

Delivery driver got lost on his own and then called me with an attitude. When he couldn't find my apartment right away, he responded with "I'll just drop them off at the leasing office, you can pick them up there."... and then hanging up the phone before I could respond. So I drive over to the leasing office and wait outside for 15 minutes...no delivery. I decide to call the driver back....he ignores the call. 5 minutes later he calls me. He drove to the wrong apartment building altogether. Not even the same community or even similar names. 5 minutes later he shows up outside my leasing office where I am still standing, gives me the flowers and leaves. The flowers are just in a vase with no box to keep them from falling over in my car. So I see that there is no way I can drive these flowers home without ruining them, so I walk the quarter mile home with my flowers, drop them off, and walk back to my car to drive it home. All in all, as another reviewer noted, whoever does the deliveries is totally incompetent and almost ruins the joy of getting flowers in the first place. The florist did a good job arranging the flowers, however they need to terminate the delivery driver. Until that happens, I will take my business elsewhere, to someone who can guarantee a good job from purchase to delivery.

FLOWERS SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND ARRIVED LATE. WAY OVERPRICED. GO WITH ANOTHER FLORIST, THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

Excellent service and fantasic floral arrangements will continue to use love the shop and the personal attention to details. The original artwork in the shop is exceptional.
