came out and fixed immediately. replaced a part for $200 and it still works great 6 months later. had called a huge chain first that said it could not be fixed and who said i needed a whole new unit for $12000. hendricks said that was wrong. ( got them to qoute a new unit just to see price. to get unit was $5000 instead of $12000. luckily only had to spend $200. they came fast and fixed it plus inspected everything for me. great!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. My grandma went without heat for a complete week when they said it should only take 2 days. Ordered the wrong part and didn't get fixed till 2 weeks after.

I called HMS to repair my AC unit but the repairman said it was unrepairable and quoted me $4500.00 for a new unit. I thought something was wrong so I called another company for a second opinion.

The second company service person did not try to sell me a new unit. He repaired the old unit for $9 in parts (new Compressor terminals) plus a $70. service charge. The second repairman also told me that "either the Henson service person did not know what he was doing or that they were trying to scam you out of $4500." I told this to the owner of HMS and he started yelling at me on the phone insisting that I pay them for a service call. A service call that they did not repair my AC unit. I then hung the phone up and I refuse to speak with this person.

This is very bad service as well as sales practices and I refuse to pay HMS the $70 they are requesting. I also want to warn others not to deal with this company.
