During the course of his real estate career, Alfonsos focus has been on apartment, industrial and retail investment properties. A Colorado Native, Alfonso was raised on the Western Slopes and attended Western State Colorado University. Since working with Unique Properties, Alfonso has been recognized as a Power Broker from the CoStar Group in both 2011 and 2013 and was a DMCAR Heavy Hitter in 2013.

        Nothing but the best

        Alfonso Avila is second to none. I was needing to find a commercial agent in a pinch with the knowledge and expertise to move quickly and accurately. I have been in the lending business for 2 decades and am not impressed easily, that is until my experience with Alfonso. If you want an honest, hard worker - use this gentleman.
