It is a pleasure working with the account manager, Jordan, he is always super friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Not a bad company at all, but they are actually a competitor to our company, so I'm not going to give them a 5 star review haha.

Good company though, we send our overflow to them and everything always goes really well.

We've been working with Travelers Haven for over 6 years. They provide all inclusive housing options for us and our clients. They have great options and relationships nationwide for both apartments and hotels. They provide excellent customer service and we love working with them.

I really enjoy working with Travelers Haven. They are very knowledgeable in all areas of corporate rentals, easy to work with, communicate on all aspects of the agreement, and make doing business fun. Every state has it's challenges and budget constraints when setting up corporate housing and I truly feel like they are my partner while setting up my accommodations. Thank you to Hotel Engine as well, as that makes setting up a quick hotel very easy and saves me a lot of money.

My wife and I have recently moved to Denver. I knew that finding a home in the city is extremely difficult. Therefore, I am so glad that we met Ryan who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Given we have one-year-old baby, she immediately understood our needs and customized options for us. We are very happy with the apartment Ryan helped us find. He is a great professional and a very nice person. On top of the home search, Ryan recommended many places around making a move from Boston less stressful for us. I'd highly recommend to work with Ryan. My life would have been so much easier, if I had found him in the beginning of my search!

I utilized Travelers Haven's services during a military move after selling our home and in need of a furnished apartment for 2 months. After signing the lease they shed all responsibility on the apartment complex to rectify insect and appliance issues with no assistance (The apt was filthy). Travelers Haven routinely ignored my calls and/or didn't return calls after being told I could expect resolution quickly - no follow through at all. Two months following the completion of my lease, I CONTINUE to wait for the return of my deposit. The employees were unprofessional - I would not recommend this company.

We will never work with Travelers Haven again. The nurses are rude, lie and we were never able to satisfy them again. Thomas wrote a scathing review of our company based on remarks made by the nurses without ever seeing the property. It was suggested right up front that they would be happier at a newer apartment complex but they didn't want to pay the higher price for the units. I have spent 15 years in the rental business and have never had to deal with such inconsiderate, dishonest people. It's unfortunate because many places are in need of traveling nurses but we do not cater to prima donnas nor can we work with such a disorganized company. No more traveling nurses for us especially coming from Travelers Haven.

The homeowner reviews here are RIGHT ON. Avoid!!! We took an off-season, 2 month deal with them. The traveling nurse immediately broke our no-smoking policy and was arrested for beating up her boyfriend within a week of arrival. At that point, we evicted her and considered our rental agreement violated and the rental fee forfeit. Now they are trying to place another traveling nurse with us and are threatening to sue us because we are refusing to accommodate.
