I really loved how every personnel were so experienced, caring and efficient. They moved every single item with care and respect and they got the job done without any errors. I could not have had a worse experience with this company. The estimate they gave me seemed pretty fair, but when the movers actually came to pack up my stuff, it turned out many of my things had been listed incorrectly, and thus would cost me more. Three of my chairs were actually lounge chairs, and not categorized as such (even though I told the sales person when we were going through my inventory that they were lounge chairs), so that was going to cost me more space and money. My dresser had four drawers, not three, so that was more money. My TV stand had a glass bottom, and I was going to be charged extra for that to be wrapped. Some boxes they wouldn't take, because they said they were "too small," even though I was never told that boxes had to be certain dimensions. We thus had to pay $60 more for more boxes in which to pack our smaller boxes. This was how it went for four hours, getting nickel and dimed at every turn.

Then, when I tried to track my order, just to get an idea of its delivery, I was consistently lied to, hung up on, and ignored. Every time I called, a person would say that they emailed dispatch and would get back to me when dispatch emailed back. They never got back to me. I was put on hold multiple times, and almost every time, instead of someone else picking up the phone, they'd simply hang up on me.

Once, I was told that my stuff was "in the area" so it would be delivered soon. Days later, when I still hadn't heard anything, someone finally gave me the direct number for dispatch, after which the dispatcher told me that my stuff still hadn't left its origin. When I called and told all of this to a manager, she gave me a dismissive sorry and said, just like everyone else, that she would try to see where my stuff was and get me an answer later that day, just like everyone else had told me the previous 20 times. And just like those previous 20 times, I was never called back.

My move was like a breeze! These people at Safeway moving services made my move so easy and quick! They came in, packed and loaded all my things onto their van and left. Their customer service always told me their location and on the 16th day they delivered all my things. Everything was perfect there too! No damages, no scratches and nothing were missing! They also helped me rearrange the furniture many times. I really loved their service! I will put in a good word for them!

They provided me with a flat rate that included guaranteed on-time delivery which is exactly what we wanted. They did not disappoint, they arrived early and got to work, it was a four man crew and they worked fast and hard. The deal was to fill up the truck and deliver. Which included wrapping my furniture with moving pads, it was such a hot day and they didn't slow their pace at all. I was very impressed. Once loaded they were scheduled to deliver my belongings within the week which they did. It made me happy to see the same guys from the pickup day. These guys did such an awesome job overall. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. FYI: to avoid additional fees - we did the packing of fragile items ourselves.
