This is the worst experience ever. I am in desperate need of an ASV machine for sleep apnia. my doctor ordered it almost 3 weeks ago. Since I am seriously in need of a decent nights sleep I have been calling almost daily. They have been telling me for days that all paper work is completed and they are just waiting for the machine to be delivered. All of a sudden last friday I called and was told they had not recieved any paper work and they had never ordered the machine. They have been incredibly rude. All the information they need has been sent multiple times. I called my insurance and the woman I spoke to was applaud. I sincerely hope these people never find themselves suffering from a serious health problem and the people they look to for help do not treat them in the heartless and disrespectful way they have treated me. I only gave you any star because you cant submit the review without at least one. Nancy Woods
