Rage Fitness Supply

Getting jerked around! I contacted Rage about some olympic plates on their site that would qualify for some free shipping and was told that they would need to check to see how many they had in stock but would get right back to me. 3 days later I receive an email stating that they don't have enough in stock to cover my order and would need to drop ship them from the manufacturer at a cost of $625. I told them I would like only the plates they have in stock because of the shipping special and they again said they would have to check to see what they actually had in stock. A few days later I again receive an email stating "we are be able to reduce the shipping by sending one fully loaded pallet from our warehouse but we can not avoid shipping directly from (manufacturer) on the items we do not have in stock." I again called to find out exactly how much of my order they had in stock, only to talk to a new rep who states they never carry those in their warehouse and that I will have to pay the $625 to ship the entire order from (manufacturer). After telling him that I was told they could cover shipping for "one fully loaded pallet" he agreed to that but told me they would only allow 150 lbs!!! That would be 3 plates! That by no one's definition amounts to a "fully loaded pallet"!! They are doing everything they can to avoid their original commitments.
