NORTHWESTERN VAN LINES

I've had a terrible experience with this company. I arranged the move from abroad based on what I felt was a fair quote. First , they picked up too early, they got the delivery date wrong and I wasn't in America yet when the delivery was ready to be unloaded, then I got an invoice for $1800 more than I was quoted. I've been lied to, given the run around, and still don't have my delivery. I was told if I don't pay the full amount it will go into auction. It's been the worse experience I've ever had moving. I would highly recommend finding a different mover. Do your due diligence online, as there are ripoff reports for this company

Northwestern van lines gave me the lowest quote out of the three moving companies I was in talks with. I wasn’t expecting a lot from them at that price point. But what they did provide me was a very quick and efficient move. The quicker the movers work the more money I save. I was very happy to see them being so fast and efficient. The movers finished packing everything from my 3 bedroom apartment in just 2 hours. They made the delivery right on time as well. All my belongings were delivered unbroken and undamaged. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.

Moving companies charge separately for the movers and the vehicles so it gets quite confusing at times. I hoped Northwestern van lines wouldn’t give me a ridiculous quote, which they didn’t. Many moving companies quote you low but then the men take forever to finish packing and loading resulting into a huge bill. However, the movers weren’t like the others. They were very professional and the clock didn’t start till they arrived and started actual work. I don’t have a lot of stuffs. But even then, I felt they were very quick at the job, thorough as well. I think their efficiency definitely saved me a lot of money.

I checked with 4 other companies before hiring Northwestern van lines. All of them quoted pretty much the same number really. So I just went for Northwestern van lines. I have absolutely no issues with the movers. They were punctual, efficient and reliable. My valuables were in safe hands. They delivered all my stuffs in great condition. I’m not totally sold on the price but then again hiring moving companies is never cheap!

The men who came over to my house to packed my valuables very skillfully. They even worked very time efficiently. All my stuffs were packed and loaded within just 3 hours. They showed up right on time, which is quite unlike any other movers I have hired. They efficiently worked for 3 hours, packed up everything and loaded the van. The delivery was made on schedule as well. I checked and found all my things without any damages. Cheap companies would ruin your furniture beyond any repair. The boxes containing breakables were attentively packed using a lot of tapes. They finished loading everything within just 3 hours. The same job had taken other movers never less than 5 hours in the past. They reached our new house in Ohio 10 minutes before we did. They unpacked and put everything where they belong. It was a great moving experience made possible by these guys.
