        Welcome to New Saigon Restaurant Established since 1987, New Saigon Restaurant has been under the same management of its owners, Thai Nguyen and his wife Chef Ha Pham. New Saigon was the first restaurant to serve the Denver Metro Area authentic Vietnamese cuisine. For over 20 years, New Saigon has been recognized to be "The Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Denver" by both local and national television, radio, food magazines, and newspapers. Most importantly however, New Saigon has reigned to be the best by its priceless mix of customers through word of mouth. Thank you for all your love and support you've given us over the years.
