Mutt Puddles

I bring my dog all the way from Texas to get the best dog groomers. down here dogs are mostly short hair working dogs. So you cant find anyone who knows how to deal with a long hair dog. At Mutt Puddles they make my dog comfy and at home.they know what their doing and this is the only place i will bring my boy. He's overdue and we will be coming up after Thanksgiving. I took my Cocker to 120th Mutt Puddles and got there. and groomer told me He had a skin disorder. His ear was bleeding and his foot was cut.He also had a cut on his side.Found out therr are new owners. The groomers are bad and do not know how to groom.STAY AWAY!!!!

Wow!!! Worst groomers I have ever taken my dogs to! The new owners are terrible and I am pretty sure that the groomers are not groomers! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will not be bringing my dogs back.

We has an appointment for 05/02/16. Got there right as they opened at 8:00am. The lovely Jessica asked us why we had a cat in there as she is highly allergic to cats. We said we had an appointment and she said no. It had been cancelled. She pulled up the appointment book and we clearly seen that our appointment had not been cancelled OR rescheduled. She proceeded to argue with us that someone had called and cancelled. Towards the end of the conversation, as I was asking to reschedule, I asked if there was a manager available because her customer service was AWFUL, and she said actually I am the owner. At this point, she slammed the book, and said I have note of you and your cat's name, you are banned from coming in here ever again. I was able to find a cheaper groomer, who did just as good as a job with 100% better customer service. Thank you owner Jessica.

This store is under new management since October 2014, and I have to say they did great on my dogs; a Husky mix and a Papillon. Both were so excited and happy when I picked them up, and their hair was de-tangled and beautifully cut, and their nails weren't cut too short (I'm used to groomers accidentally cutting a toe or two too short). They also gave my dogs cute bandanas. The staff of ladies were respectful to me and gentle and loving to my dogs. The rates are pretty normal compared to other places. I'm pretty happy with this location and I'll definitely be taking my dogs here again.
