Metropolitain Insurance

I have had a policy with safeway through this company. I recently got married and combined insurance with my wife. I've repeatedly tried to cancel my policy for the last 4 months. They keep telling me they are working on it and that I will be reimbursed but every time I call to follow up on it they act like it's the first time they have ever heard anything about it. I have faxed in the signed cancellation with proof of my new policy 3 times. They have confirmed they received it twice but then say they can't find it. They go through employees a lot and just don't have their stuff together!! What a mess...
