Marco Polo Apartments

I have lived at the Marco Polo for 15 years. We have seen a couple of Managers in that time. The manager we have now is exceptional!!!! Honestly I was ready to move out in 2008 my living experience was going down the drain due to a Manager they hired prior to the one we have now. A lot of improvements have been made to the building and the manager gets my work orders done so fast my friends are jealous. They all are on a waiting list to move in to my apartments, one of my close friends was able to slip in anyway. Every time someone complains about their apartment it re-enforces my happiness of what I have living at these apartments I think I will probably age and pass peacefully here this is my home.

My apartment is updated as needed keeping it fresh and up to date. The building is quite and I never have a problem with my parking space it is always available when I come home from a long day at work. My rent is reasonable for the area and the increases are reasonable as well. I even offered to purchase my apartment I wish I could. I would not write this if I was not 100% happy and I usually do not write reviews at all. But I feel they deserve it BIG TIME. 2 thumbs up and a five star kudos.
