Overall

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional and unqualified teach tried to install my dishwasher that I purchased from Home Depot in Aurora. I have an older home and the installation tech needed to maneuver a bit around a pipe. Needless to say the tech hit the pipe and caused a small leak. I had to call a plumber to fix the pipe. I had to deal with Chip who is unprofessional and non-communicative. I had to continue to reach out to him for answers and basically he said not our problem good luck. Home depot would be wise to find another vendor.

Overall

The drivers were nice and courteous. The people in the office are horrible. They cannot tell you an actual time that they will arrive, but a 4 hour window. Part of may appliances arrived. My microwave, dishwasher and fridge would not be available until the next week. It was all sitting in the warehouse next to the stove that was delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Does not even deserve 1 star, but 0 was not an option. This is the company contracted by our Home Depot for appliance installations and you should be VERY cautious about using them. If you do use them and have no choice, document everything before and after and take pictures. Our microwave was improperly installed by one of their installers. Two other Linn Star installers came to take it down so it could be level and they noticed how many holes the installer put in our cabinet. We were then told that our cabinet would need to be replaced because the original Linn Star installer put too many holes in the cabinet, plus the installer accidentally drilled right into our microwave. Not only did they never send anyone to look over the damage but they denied the claim and told us to file with our home owners insurance. We are still dealing with this mess and Home Depot has been very helpful in trying to straighten this out, but Linn Star has been the WORST! We even have pictures of the damaged microwave, but they don't believe it and are trying to say we did this. I'd like to thank them for even bothering to come out and look at the situation before making a determination.
