My experience with this law firm was truly awful. I was in a car accident that was not my fault. It was basically an open and shut case, but I didn't want to deal with the settlement through the other driver's insurance and was recommended to this law firm by my chiropractor. The minute my husband and I walked into her office we had to wait for a good 15 minutes before being seen by her, even though we had an appointment. Then once I told her who I was referred by she took off 3% from her high contingency fee. Because I felt that I could trust my chiropractor about her, I decided to go with her (mistake #1).

She couldn't get my accident details correct after I repeated it 4 times! (Red flag warnings already, mistake #2) It took over a year to settle a case that was fairly simple. During that time, I spoke to Ms. Sawaya 2 times. Once at my consultation and once when I picked up my settlement check. I was never updated on my case except for 2 phone calls from the paralegal asking for health record permissions, 2 phone calls from the Admin Asst to schedule my office visits to sign settlement papers and pick up the check, about 4 e-mails for various questions about paperwork. I was discouraged from calling them. It was a "Don't call us, we'll call you" attitude when I called to see where my case was at when I hadn't heard from them in over a month (mistake #3). No one ever called to update me or walk me through the process.

At my settlement meeting, she actually told me to not repeat the situation again. HELLO? Like I was looking to get into a car crash? I don't think she worked for me the best that she could. When I do business with someone I like to be updated on what to expect, how the process works, why they are making the decision that they are making, and genuine "we appreciate your business" attitude. Instead, I was hustled out of the office, discouraged from asking about my case, and condescended towards. I DO NOT recommend this firm for anyone who is seeking legal action. If you want someone who will be working for you and truly care about your case (no matter how small or big), this is not the place. I cannot stress it enough.

I came to The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya scared and hurt. I had never had a lawyer before so I was very nervous. I was put at ease right away. I had just started my job so I had no insurance yet when the wreck happened. I thought I was okay but 2 days later my legs went numb and my back and neck hurt really bad. I started getting headaches so bad I couldn't stand to open my eyes. I tried getting help from my car insurance company but was getting the run around. My husband suggested I come here. At first I was too scared, the whole thing frightened me but the pain won out. After seeing Dianne, I right away felt more at ease. She took care of me, lined up doctors for me and everything so I could focus totally on getting better. I am not sure what I would have done without Dianne's help. All I can say, and it seems so little, is thank you to everyone there.

Dianne Sawaya is a rude, harsh, cruel person. She represented me and later my sibling for a car accident. At one point Dianne Sawaya was extremely rude to my sister (she was in tears when she called to tell me), and when I called to speak to Dianne about it she was yelling at ME for not calling HER back. I think she was confused who I was, because I didn't even get a chance to explain to her why I had called HER. She said such means things I was really taken aback. I didn't feel comfortable even sitting with her again. I'd never suggest her to another family member, ever.

Dianne Sawaya handled a complicated auto accident I was in that involved two different insurance companies and required medical and financial experts to provide opinions. Most of what transpired was over my head, and I'm glad I worked with her and her staff. Very professional.

Dianne and her staff did a great job for me. I was between jobs and didn't have health insurence. She got me treated and I'm better now. I don't know what I would of done if I couldn't of gotten medical care. She never gave up when the insurance company wouldn't pay, but kept fighting and got me a real good settlement. I would recommend her and I already have.
