Kaiser Permanente Skyline Medical Offices

I have been with Kaiser for over 25 years, and would like to remain with them until I die. I have always had wonderful help from doctors, nurses, and staff when I had questions or concerns. I also have quite a few health issues, and they help me keep on top by helping me make appointments when needed. I have been to Skyline quite a few times, and have always left feeling like I received what I needed.

Got a flu shot that was quick, painless, and easy. Great service. Could not ask for anything better. Five stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The wait time between all of the doctors we have been referred to is beyond ridiculous. I thought the benefit to having Kaiser was that their services were streamlined and that they coordinated their services. We are having to wait longer between each referring doctor, to another doctor, to another doctor, to (hopefully the actual procedure) another doctor, than we waited with any other health insurance company. It will be months by the time we are done jumping through their hoops before we can get the health care we need. Shame on Kaiser.
