I bought the groupon deal they offered back in January 2015. I called a week ahead to make sure I could get the house cleaned when I had guests scheduled to come over. Made an appointment for a Thursday. They called Wednesday to inform me that the person who cleans in my area had their car break down and they couldn't make it. Ok - not sure why they didn't send someone else. So I rescheduled for that Saturday. Called the day before (Friday) to confirm my cleaning appointment and was told someone would be there between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. However - come Saturday there was a no call no show. I left and took my dogs with me so they wouldn't be in the way. Only to have no one show up. When I called the company they seemed to think there was an issue with their system. Not sure how my appointment was in the system one day and not the next. I requested a refund through groupon.

This company did a before and after clean for my past Halloween party and I was very impressed with their services. First I was able to get them to clean on short notice which was nice, I didn't know it is so hard to find a cleaner at the end of the month. They also offered me a deal for the clean up after the party which was nice since they had done the deep clean before the party it was really nice to have the quick and inexpensive clean afterwards.

Highly recommend this business. The cleaners are always friendly and very hard working and do an excellent job. I've been using them for about a year and the one time I had an incident the manager took care of the issue so efficiently I couldn't think of leaving them. Definitely use!

I use this company to clean several of my rentals and they always arrive on time and clean my places above standards. If I ever have any issues they are very responsive and will resolve any problems.
