Grooming Dales

We've used Groomingdale's since our dog was @ a year old. We have even just popped in to get the dogs nails trimmed, always helped right away. I have recommended Groomingdale's to everyone I know who has a pet. We know our dog is in good hands every time he needs a groom, and they always trim him the way we request. They more than reasonable with pricing. Charges about half what other places charge.

I have a small little dog and was quoted more when I brought my dog in to the shop. Complained to owner, she made a lame excuse about the person who answered the phone. The grooming job was poor. His tail was absolutely butchered looking. Nails weren't trimmed neatly, his stomach and bottom needed closer trimming also. Charged WAY TOO MUCH for the poor quality of the job, and should have been treated better by the owner, at least a good apology, more about attitude than the money.
