General Info
Injuries can be devastating for workers and their families ¿ sometimes ending a job or a career. Colorado Workers' Compensation law can be difficult to understand, making it hard to get benefits. Finding good advice is important. Workers may not understand that an adjuster works for, and represents, their employer's insurance company. We believe that injured workers deserve someone who represents only them. The questions we often hear from our clients can help workers decide what to do. We have included those kinds of questions in our new Handbook ¿ see the information below. In addition, there is no charge for talking with our firm about a worker's case. We accept work on a contingency basis - a percentage fee based upon the worker's settlement. Our reputation is strong and built upon more than 30 years of representing workers injured on the job in negotiation and in trial. We work hard to help injured workers receive the kind of medical care they need and to regain their lives. We represent injured workers from many of the largest unions, associations and work forces across the state of Colorado including: * Colorado Peace Officers' Coalition - CPOC * Aurora Firefighters * International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers - Local 68 * International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers - Local 1886 * International Union of Operating Engineers - Local 9 * Ironworkers ¿ Local 42 * Denver Police Protection Association
