        If you guys wanna go to Fashion Nation in Denver, please read this before you go. I got these as a birthday present. I waited to get a pair of these for over 10 years, because they're expensive. $146 to be exact. I have never once gotten any care instructions from them, I never got a link to their social media nothing. Furthermore, I never got any care instructions from them either. To sit there, ESPECIALLY for a small businesses, and say it's my fault for breaking my shoes? Do better. This could've 100% been avoided by idk maybe giving care instructions, or seeing if that batch was defective. I now have to eat crow because Boutique Dèmonia won't answer me due to these incompetent people. I now also have to risk fixing them myself and if that doesn't work they're trash. To say I'm upset is a understatement. Neither of them will be getting my buisness. All it takes is one bad interaction, and as a small business this isn't the way you treat customer's. And yes I am doing this to a small business, just because you're locally owned doesn't mean you aren't responsible for your actions.

        We have been going here for a long time and love the new store and location. They have a excellent selection and something new everytime we go in. The customer service is outstanding and that is pretty hard to find these days !
