driscoll's heating & cooling

I have used Tom Driscoll for years to install and repair heating units in my house and in rental houses. Tom's prices have always been the best. I have a rental property in Tucson and the cost to repair the air conditioner/heater was over twice what we had paid with Tom. Tom drove an unit to Tucson and installed it for us.
My recent experience was no different. The igniter switch to my furnace went out on Tuesday night when it was 4 degrees outside. I called Tom Wednesday AM at 8:30 AM and he was at my house to repair the furnace by 10:00 AM. I was at work so he left a bill for me at the house so that I could send him a check. He was very responsive and called me from his cell phone to update me on his estimated time of arrival.

I wanted to correct the post from Merrill B. on 3/30/15. The plate number is 675-YPB. I had a similar experience with this individual on I-70. This pattern of reckless driving points to a severe lack of character which usually carries over to a lacking work ethic. I also will never use this company and we'll steer anyone and everyone away from Driscoll.

Called Tom to set up an appmt for Friday at 10:00AM and he never showed! I called the office number 303-430-1888 and the cell phone number 720-290-3052 twice, left a VM and asked what happened and nobody bothered calling me back.

Tom Driscoll is a dishonest unreliable person. He charged an invoice stating that 'he fixed a leak in the crawl space'. When the same leak was still there I called him about it. He said, "oh yah, I actually never found the leak." Why did you say you fixed it and charged for it then? I asked. No reply. He was supposed to meet me at 7:30 AM to fix the problem and never showed. I left two more messages on his phone this last week and he will not return any calls. Do not use this unreliable lying scam artist.

Who ever in this company has a van with plates 685-YRB is going to cause a severe accident. This person cut me off on I-25 almost causing me to go into the concrete median. This person was so irresponsible in how crazy they were driving I called the police to report him.

I will never use this company for anything, nor will I EVER recommend this company.

Service Technician came to my apartment to fix a boiler that was only heating one floor of the apartment. He left claiming he had fixed the problem and mentioned that the service was guaranteed. The heat didnt work afterwards. I called him back and the technician scheduled a time to come fix our heat three times on three separate days. The technician didnt show up three times in a row and didnt call to inform us. Clearly the guarantee was not honored. We recommend passing on Driscoll's heating and cooling!
