Crystal's Clips Pet Grooming

This woman is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I attempted to hire her to shave my cat. She was going to charge $80 dollars. I figured that's fine, it would end up costing about $100 with a tip. I booked her on Friday for grooming services Monday and had been looking forward all weekend. When I initially booked she was a bit curt over the phone but I dismissed it thinking that maybe she had another call. When she showed up this morning I answered the phone pleasantly. The first thing she said was "I'm here to groom your cat and there is no where to park you said their would be parking." In a rude impatient tone. I apologized, explained that more people are home than normal due to the holiday. Before we could discuss options or troubleshoot she raises her voice "that's YOU JOB, its not my job and not my problem". I was completely caught off guard by her nasty response so I told her thank you but no thank you and hung up.

Crystals Clips is the best. She is just great with cats. Our cat is rather grumpy and she

did a wonderful job with her.

I don't think this is an exceptional groomer at all, for the price I paid I could've gone to a much better groomer. I felt she was pretty unprofessional as well. Will not be returning, and I advise against using her for cats, mine looked pretty terrible.
