        Overall

        Apartments are "cozy" but not worth a mortgage payment. Staff is the real problem. You'll get 2 very definite but different answers from 2 people. Ask about their fine schedule. Fines are conveniently added to your rent. If not paid they will just deduct it from your rent and then charge you a late fee for non-payment of rent. They are determined to get the most out of you. Not a place to live more than 6 months.
