NEVER in my entire life I have known such a BAD business! Should have just torn up almost $2000.00 for what we paid to that place!!! HOW DO PLACES OF BUSINESS LIKE THIS NOT GET CLOSED DOWN? TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE REVIEW BELOW, ESPECIALLY THE LAST TWO SENTENCES...SHOP AROUND~~~ When they would call me during the wee early hours when the BRAND NEW FURNACE WOULD BREAK DOWN (because of a moisture problem) they would say "Hello, hello...I can't hear you!" and then hang up their phone. One time I said "Can you hear me now?" and he said "No" then clicked the phone off. What a bunch of what I think are morons!

EXPENSIVE and NOT worth it only because their rates are amazingly high. They are not building rockets, it's normal work that a million small shop do just as well.

DO NOT use this company unless you love paying OUTRAGEOUS prices. I am looking to build a relationship with a company but this will not be them. Find someone that charges half the price, they will do the same job and save you money. A fireplace is NOT a complicated thing, don't overpay pay them to do the job. This company finds a way to jack up the final bill. They is also no such thing as customer service. The person answering the phone is clueless and there is nobody else you can speak to. AVOID!
