American Family Insurance - Jaime Diaz Agency

I would tell my friends to stay away. I recently refinanced after being with the same mortgage company and home insurance company for almost 6 years. Upon doing this my realtor Matt with American Liberty advised me that American Family Mutual could get me a better rate. Upon closing on the refinance, my old insurance was cancelled and I was insured by American Family Mutual Jaime Diaz. A month later, I get a letter in the mail from American Family Mutual informing me that they will no longer insure me and I have a little less than a month to get new insurance. They decided they would insure me, than decided to look into me; seems backwards. They cited a report from NexiLexi that was inaccurate. I am now left to dispute this on my time. I am also now having a tough time getting insurance because American Family Mutual cancelled my policy after only a month. Stay away....
