Waste of time and money

I agree with the other one star reviews... this shop may have been good when economy was ok... but i guess they just don't care anymore

Bad service very un professional and job was not done very well.. Bubbling in the back window and the sides and 3M mark was left on two of the windows the clear bra was done without cleaning and left white spots and bubbles and the ridge area is bubbling up.. left the car with dirty water stains and clear bra on the side mirrors was left bunched... very very disappointed and when called they told me to rub the 3m off with pure alcohol.. I dont think so.. DO NOT GO HERE

Not good workmanship

Had a similar experience to the past review but Freddie told us he fired the guy who did a bad job on our windows the first time but it was actually him that did the windows.....Had a horrible experience with this company. We got our brand new car tinting here and after a couple weeks we could hardly see out of the windows. We went back in and had him redo it. He admitted he did a bad job. So after the new tint was installed we had one small hole and a big glob of glue that was on the side. Freddie had a pretty bad attitude towards my wife and said he will not work with this car again. they fixed the hole but wasnt going to fix the big glob of glue.. So if you want a cheap job done go here. It was not even be close to being perfect. It will be cheapest around but thats the job your going to get done. I gave it two stars, not one becasue of the attempt to fix their bad job.

Caveat Emptor - Be aware of this shop's practices...

I recently took my newly purchased car to ABC to have all the windows tinted. On my way to work the next morning after having the car tinted, I noticed that the film on the two back-wing windows had obvious gaps that let light in, and the front side window had two sizeable scratches. I took the car back to ABC and got approval from the owner Mr. Lopez to redo the window, etc. but they couldn't do it that day and he asked if I would call and make an appointment when convenient. I called later on and set up an appointment with them to bring it in on the weekend. My appointment was for 2:30p, I dropped it off at 1:30p (second trip over) and it was the owner Freddie Lopez who was working and he told me the car would be done within 2 hours or so. Additionally, he mentioned to me that he had to fire the person who did my auto tint as his work was sub-par and he (Freddie) had to re-do some of his work. Later in the day I tried calling ABC but nobody answered and I knew they closed by 6pm - so my wife took me back over at 5:30p (third round trip over). Mr. Lopez was there and told me that he didn't have a chance to get to my car as he had an appointment to do another car that afternoon that the shop forgot to write down in the schedule book, and he would re-do my film after he finished the ‘forgotten’ job. Now, 7:40p rolls around and we get a voice mail from Mr. Lopez stating that my car is finished and ready and he put the keys under my mat and locked the car. We stop what we’re doing and my wife takes me back over there AGAIN (fourth round trip) to get the car. The car was moved from one side of the parking lot to the other which means he obviously drove my car... I get in the car and check the side window that had the two large scratches and a small ding mark in the corner, and I'll be a son-of-a-b*, the scratches are still there and the film was never removed/replaced!!! So the owner Mr. Lopez straight out lied to me that he ‘fixed’ it! He apparently had no intention of correcting the poor work his fired tint person did. I called the next day and expressed my displeasure with Connie and let her know what happened and she in turn discussed it with Mr. Lopez. Connie called me back and told me that Mr. Lopez told her that he looked at the window/tint and there was nothing wrong with it – funny, the scratches were quite obvious when I brought the car back in for them to look at right after the initial tint job, so obvious that they agreed to re-do it… I then asked again to have the initial scratched window and back-wings redone properly and Connie mentioned that she would need to get approval from Mr. Lopez. I never received a call back and Mr. Lopez didn’t even have the decency to discuss the situation with me personally. As a result, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I’ll be taking my car to another tint shop to correct the issues ABC wouldn't fix. I would like to mention that Connie and Bob were kind and easy to work with, but they answer to Mr. Lopez and nothing was done.

Be aware, your tint job is only as good as the person doing the tint regardless of the ratings and the ranking of the shop. If something goes wrong with the tint, or the job was done poorly, or you need warranty work done, you need to take it to a reputable shop that will gladly fix and stand behind their work and certainly not mislead or lie to the customer. The bottom line – although this may be a decent shop at times as a result of their front-line staff, if the owner lies, doesn’t want to fix shoddy work that his (ex) staff has done, and ultimately wont’ stand behind his shop’s work, he will do it again - and it just may be to you and your car...
