We strive to provide the BEST in-home service possible to all of our customers. Some units may need to be brought to the shop for additional diagnostics and repair. All of our technicians are background checked and drug tested through Plus One Solutions. We charge a $89 trip charge for DLP, LCD, and LED TVs and $89 for Plasma (PDP) units in the Denver area. *Outside of the Denver area may require additional trip fee.* A 1 Factory Service is proud to provide FREE recycling for flat screen TV's.         They are an LG factory service rep. I live in Evergreen and they would not come to service my tv in the winter time. I called them on a Monday. I told them that when I wanted to set up the appointment in three days the weather temp was supposed to be in the upper 50's on Tue, 60's on Wed and Thur. They are fair weather workers. They will not come to Evergreen in the winter, snow or no snow. DO NOT count on them. Call someone else.
