Valvoline Instant Oil Change

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! THEY DID NOT EVEN GO OVER THE DETAILS OF THE CHECKS THEY DID AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK, IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND! THEY OVER INFLATED MY TIRES AND MY BACK TIRE BLEW OUT DURING MY TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. IM SO UPSET. AND THE OWNER HAD THE GUTS TO TELL ME THAT HEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! I HOPE THAT ALL OF YOU WITH POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE HAPPY WITH EITHER THE SERVICE OR THE DISCOUNT YOU GOT! AS FOR ME I AM GETTING MY REFUND. IM CALLING CORPORATE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT GETTING ANYTHING DONE HERE, DON'T! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND PATIENCE!

I had a fine experience getting some minor work done on my car. ...That was, until the "Manager" Ralph called me a few hours later saying that they had undercharged me. Now, I am not the sort to take advantage. When someone gives me too much change, I give it back. If a cashier fails to ring me up for an item, I go back and point out the error and pay the difference. I would have been happy to go back and give them more money.



This guy, however, was unbelievably rude. He called ME a liar! OUTRAGEOUS! To ask somebody to fork over more money by calling them a liar... not on your life!



I guess, if you don't want a grumpy old jerk to call and harrass you after your service, make sure that whoever is working clears the price with Ralph first!



...or just go somewhere else, I know I will!
