I went to the owner for a cut and several bang trims. My last and final trim from him ended up being disastrous. He was in an awful mood and took it out on my hair. Even though I asked for less than 3/4 inch taken off, he cut more. When I asked why he went so short he stated that it was what I wanted. He then proceeded to stick a ruler in my face to show me the difference between 3/4 and 1/2 an inch! Unbelievable. Any normal person would have been apologetic and concerned. Not him, he seems vindictive and angry. He was definitely not concerned that I was upset with the cut. He also kept saying, "they're just bangs!" When I came back the same day to ask for a refund he said he would call the police on me! This was both shocking and insulting. I've never been more humiliated in a public setting. I simply reiterated that I was unhappy with the unfinished cut and he gave me a refund. Also: he will charge different rates if he doesn't remember his initial quote. Very unprofessional overall.
