Terrible experience. Not surprised this company has had only one good review 5 years ago. Do not waste your time with them. Too many other plumbers out there to choose from who actually want business. Called them about a clog and possible drain pipe leak under my pier & beam house. When they came out they said there was too much water under the house and they would have to come back another day to pump it out, go under, inspect and give me an estimate. So far sounded right to me. When they came back the second time; they did not attempt to pump out the water. Did not go under the house but instead turned off my incoming water at the street ( while I was in the shower). By the time I got out of the shower - they had left. Their idea was to leave my water turned off for a few days to let things dry out. The owner mr. Lopez came out after I complained. He said based on the age of the home it may not be able to be repaired but may have to replumb the house. Of course making this claim without ever going under the house. 3 visits and no one ever looked under the house. Called another plumber who came out, put on some boots, went under the house, determined the bath tub drain was leaking and waste line needed to be cleared. Gave me an estimate and they are coming to do the work tomorrow. A&M claims to have 30 years experience and to have won awards. Instead it was like dealing with amateurs who were not interested in getting dirty. Later, when asking the owner of a&m why another plumber easily did what they were unwilling to do - he had no response but to say good luck and then hung up on me. He just Could not bring himself to admit they may have dropped the ball. don't waste your time with them. I gave them one star because this web site requires a rating to post. But that is one more than deserved.
