        Our Mission is to improve and enrich citizen well-being and community life through the provision of affordable, high-quality activities, parks, and facilities Caroline County families and individuals. The Department does this by actively involving citizens in the provision of services, partnering with other local government agencies to develop park facilities and specific recreation programs and by safely maintaining the park facilities under its direction. A 12-member Citizen's Advisory Board appointed by Caroline County Commissioners also guides it.
