had water leak outside of house, top of ground was wed, he said leak had to be in the foundation. they wasted a lot of time looking in the attic , cutting holes in the wall , looking in grarge at hot water heater. ect. before digging up the wet area and finding the leak, they repaired the leak in about 45 min. and charged almost a thousand dollars. they also disconnected the water from back bedroom and I had no shower or water there for about another six days before they came back and fixed what they did. they jerked me around for over three weeks from the time I first called them. they show up when they want to and don't return calls. can't drink the water because of the bad taste and smell from their plastic pipe they use. and now I will need to call a real plumber to fix it. beware senior citizens.

Have used them before as a friend I trusted recommended them. Second time I called was yesterday for a simple repair on toilet. Was told by owner they would be at my house by lunch(noon) today. 2 1/2 hours later I had to text him to see what holdup was. Got text back that they weren't coming today. I sent text back asking when they would be here and never heard back. Found another plumber used by my neighbor and sent text to Action Plumbing telling them they're fired. Then I got a text saying sorry I was disappointed! I will never recommend them!

Very professional. Great prices. Knew their business. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Worked me in on their tight schedule on short notice to repair overflow valve and drain for bath tub. When you only have one tub in the house and live with 3 females, that spells disaster.
