Precision Alignment & Tire

I can't begin to say enough good things about this place! My family and I found ourselves stranded in Delaware with a flat tire. We were far from home and frustrated and then Precision Alignment came to the rescue. Not only was the service fast, but everyone was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Almost immediately after we arrived at the shop, knowing that we were far from home, exhausted and hungry, the owners wife brought out snacks from the vending machine and gave them to our five year old son. Talk about going above and beyond for a customer! I highly suggest Precision Alignment & Tire for any of your automotive needs if you're in the area.

I too have used precision for several years, I'm always treated fairly and given great service. Tim and Jill are honest and take the time to answer any questions.

Understanding the difficulties on today's small business owners, I usually try to give my business to the small "Mom and Pop" establishments. In this regard I have been a faithful customer to Precision Tire, both personally and professionally, for quite some time. But today I've learned that a faithful customer means nothing to this business. I was charged a little over $25.00 for five minutes of their time and the determination that "there is nothing wrong" with my tire (that was still loosing pressure as I drove off). Save yourself some money and do your business with Goodyear, where they fixed my problem and didn't have the heart to charge me again! Thanks Goodyear !
