Dutch Maid Cleaners

I took a suit there I asked for a button to be fixed . It was sewn on temporarily and it made the lapel pucker. When it was picked up it was sewn on better but in the wrong spot . When asked to re do she said she would but it was hard to do when the person wearing it was not there. I said What are you talking about just lay it flat and re-sew it. I would have done this myself but it was for my dad & I live in Madison. 2nd time my sister picked it up and was told . We tried to fix it but without the person here it is hard to know where the button would go. How about across from the button hole ?? I cant believe they are even in business . I still have to get there earlier now it sew this button on. I didn't want to go to Dutch Maid but it was convenient for my sister that lives there to pick suit and shirt after it was cleaned and pressed This turned into a major farce. I am so sorry I didn't take it to a cleaner here and just leave earlier to have my dad get ready for the wedding.
