RC Hill Mitsubishi

James Wheeler stayed after hours to make sure we knew again where every thing was on the car before we drove home. He treated us like family.
I wanted to post a review for this company due to the care and compassion this salesman showed our family.
The price of the car was also a good deal compared to what is out there.
We couldn't have asked for more and we really appreciated and feel luck he was working there.
He worked very hard to get us exactly what we asked him for.
We would buy from him there again in the future if we ever need a new car in the future.

I bought a 2008 BMW 335i from RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland on May 27, 2016. The salesman, John Scire, told me I had a 90 day "worry free warranty" when I purchased the car. He said "The 90 day warranty covers everything except routine maintenance like oil change, brakes." 32 days later the water pump went out. RC Hill Mitsubishi covered the cost of the repair and a car for a week while my car was being fixed.

I did not go for a new car but James showed me the Mitsubishi brand I and was very pleasantly surprised. The test drive is so so smooth even for a 4 cyl. The pick up was exceptional, good smooth shifting through gears. A comfortable ride all the way around. Good having the option of FWD, AWD and AWD Lock. Love the options with the sunroof, and large sub speaker with rear third row jump seat. The bluetooth works out great too. Great MPG. This was a good choice and a great vehicle altogether. Thanks to RC's and the others that got me into one.

Nice clean dealership. No surprises. Real honest. Good quality for selection. No disappointment. James even arranged transportation over to the dealership and saved us some running around. Saved time on my day off. Not bad at all. Give them a try. No complaints.

Worth the trip



We checked on the discounts for this Car Dealer online before we called down there. We were looking for a minivan or a sedan for our family. We had another baby and needed a car that was a little roomier. I tried a few other sites but could not get a van i was looking at for less money. So far I tried other places and when the price was ok the interest shot up the payment or if the payment was lower they wanted too much. We called down there and I talked to James. We went over their car quote and what our payment would be possible. There were too many variables so we needed to make the trip over and see if the vehicle was worth the effort. It was and we were shocked to get the sale price and a good interest rate. It went real well for us over there. The paperwork didn't take that long either. The salesman had the car detailed for us while we waited. All in all it was a good experience and we are glad we made the purchase.

All I wanted was a Lancer. I wanted one with all the options. I wanted it to be fast and brand new. I wanted a good price though. James got me that, I don t know how, but he did. He is the man! This place is the best place to go to. They know how to help the customer have the deal they say they will. Go there for sure.

I loooovvvveee my new car! Did I say I love my new car. New and it's all mine. No more sharing. I can go where I want when I want. Finally, I have been waiting sooo long for this. Everything I wanted on the options even the perfect color and its all mine. So glad Mr Wheeler talked to mom about the cost on the phone or I would have never gotten to even get her check out what there was to look at. The best day of my life. Thank you soooo much for helping me. I love getting in my new ride and looking good in it. :)

This was the best place I've been. They were so helpful. It was a real surprise for me. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but I never had such a great and honest experience buying one before. I have seen it all and I have definitely heard it all. I asked questions and got real answers. I don't feel like I was pitched or talked into what I wanted. I was given more information than usual also. I didn't feel like I was being persuaded one way or the other, just helped. That is the way it should always be. It isn't sadly but it should be. I put down a deposit because I was worried that I might have made a snap judgement on buying a car which is not what I wanted to do. It just seemed to be going too well. I wasn't pushed into taking it home though I did not give much of an excuse for putting down a deposit so I could think on it first. I spoke to the salesman James a couple times again because I just had a few more questions that I did think of after. So, I bought and no regrets.

They have honestly great service... I found my sales person James W. to be very knowledgeable too, this company was extremely honest in the finance department and efficient. I was still undecided between two cars. He helped me understand the pros and cons and which would better suit my life. When I finally decided it must have taken a good part of the day but I never felt rushed to buy anything. I am greatful I came here to check out their inventory because of a special they were running. I hope when I come back for my next car, I can work with the same people again.

We liked this place very much. They were very helpful. We would ask for James Wheeler again next time. We are very happy with our purchase.

i am 52. I have bought a lot of cars but i have never had a salesman be as helpful as James over at RC's. He went so far out of his way you would have thought he was a friend or cousin or something. He was a tremendous help to me with what i had to get done to buy this car. He went way over and beyond what anyone would ever expect to help me get my car bought. He ran me across town for papers. He even worked through lunch. The man is a hard worker. I wish there were more people like him working other places. it would make life much easier.

this place had the best online prices I have seen. I took my family down to see what their inventory looked like. I was impressed. My salesman was Mr Wheeler and he was very respectful to me and my family. You don't see that anymore in sales. He understood that I wanted to take my time looking and be sure of the car I wanted. This is a big purchase for me and I did not want to compromise on any details. It went well and I am so pleased with the new vehicle we chose. This is a good dealership and I would recomend it to my family.

This is a beautiful dealership. I had a wonderful experience her. All of the people were so nice here. They were helpful and they listened. My sales person James was great. He never talked over me or acted like I did not know what I was wanting. I left happy and look forward to buying another SUV her again the next time.

What ever you heard about this place is true. There is no pressure sales. James took me around to all the cars I asked for. He did not try to sell me on cars that were more expensive or try to give me a wack payment. This place rocks. I would buy here again.

This is a good place to get a car. James is a good quality car guy. Everything went real good over there. I pretty much had a good experience the whole way through. I would tell my friends about this place. They know what they are doing.

This is a good dealership to go to. I had a salesman that went over the top for our family to get the SUV. The dealership was very professional and efficient. Very nice place. Mr Wheeler was really the one that got us our new vehicle. He helped us as if we were family and could not have expected to have such great treatment. We loved it here and are so happy we went there.
