Fraser Construction

First of all I want to make clear that all of the trades used on our addition were excellent. Everything that Bill Fraser did was shoddy workmanship. All he needed to do was add a 26x18 bedroom. He cut off the 2' overhang on the existing building to tie into. He left that exposed, no tarp to protect where it was opened. It poured that afternoon, rained down the drywall and flooded the existing room. We have pictures and video of everything I am writing. He didn't make the opening big enough for the french door. Ended up jamming the door in so tight everything was wavy and warped. He said he was going to fix it. He actually cut off the top of one of the doors!! He cut off the tails on our engineered trusses!!! Rain poured in under the door due to not having a proper overhang and not calking the metal threshold. We also have a roof leak. There is more, but I think this is enough to show why you should not hire Fraser Construction.

Bill built a beautiful deck for our home in DeLand. His quote was spot on, he was always on time, cleaned the site everyday, completed the project early, and was unfailingly polite and good humored. He is a good Christian man, and I find the earlier negative post wholly unbelievable. I have recommended him several times, and would not hesitate to do so again.

Bill has done a lot of work for us over the years. It has all been top quality and it was done in a timely fashion, with the total charges exactly as quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Do Not Hire Bill Fraser Construction. Don't make the same mistake I made. Bill Did a terrible job, but said he would fix it. He then quit and stole my permits and architectual drawings. When I confronted him about this he lied and I finally had to call the Sheriffs office to try and recover my drawings and permits. He left me with a big expensive mess to clean up. Please Beware of Bill Fraser Construction.
