Kristal's Atelier Design & Alteration Inc

I recently went here and was quoted $120 ($75 for 2 layers to take up the length 1/4 inch & to put a slit in the front $45) for my daughters prom dress to be altered. I paid in full on a Monday and she cashed my check the next day but never did the work promised. She called my daughter today (the day before her prom) and said she couldn't do all the work. She only took the bottom up 1/4 inch and only offered to give $15 back the amount paid in full. I went to pick up the dress and she extremely unprofessional when questioned. Her response was "what do you want me to do.. I started it last night? I don't have time" and when I asked for the $45 back she told me she's a single mother.. I left without the services I paid for and I left her the $15 she offered back. Hopefully she doesn't have the chance to do this to anyone else... very unprofessional!

I've been going to Kristal's for years and I've never been disappointed! Remember, you get what you pay for. They are fair but not cheap but if you want it done right... you understand.
