- Our focus at Horizon Care Services has always been for seniors to stay at home safely for as long as possible. However when health problems are a concern, illnesses develop, or accidents happen, an elderly person may need additional home care services or care in a facility. Our goal as care managers is to coordinate needed healthcare and community services to meet the short-term and long-term care of our clients. Without proper planning and coordination of care, unnecessary expenses and institutionalization may occur.Our care managers assist elderly and disabled individuals and their families with short-term and long-term care needs. We strive to empower seniors and their families. I recently needed home health care services for a elderly parent who had medical issues and needed post procedure care.
After doing a lot of research, I came upon Horizon healthcare services. It was a name that a number of acquaintances and individuals in the medical field had mentioned and recommended.
I must share that the experience with Horizon was an exceptional one.
The process of hiring a caregiver was seamless and the quality of care provided was simply ideal.

First class all the way at competative prices and accepting all insurance!
Upon learning that my grandfather would need round the clock care last month, I frantically searched for a home health care service that wouldn't break me financially, but would also take care of of grandfather the same way I would. Horizon not only took away those worries, but my grandfather is happier than he's been in years. They give me week to week updates on his care, and helped me navigate the confusion regarding his insurance and finding ways to help us pay for his care. Although, I am 300 miles away I am able to rest easy knowing my grandfather is in good hands and that he's happy
I am writing this review because I need to share with our community how amazing Horizon Care Services is, from their office staff to their caregivers. There is some one on call 24/7 to assist our clients and their families. Horizon has being taking care of my grandmother for the last 8 years, my family and I could not have done it with them. I know families like mine take a leap of faith wen calling an agency to help our love ones, but this one is number one in my book. Thank you Horizon for being there for my family.
