My first visit was fine. Afterwards, I made an appointment for 3 months later on May 23rd. At noon on 5/23, I was called and told "Come to the office now, or we will have to reschedule" several hours before my appointment time. Unfortunately, my schedule does not accomodate dropping everything to meet the needs of a service provider. I was assured by the Office Manager, Jody, that this was uncommon and she helped me reschedule my appointment the following week. Once again a future appointment was made for 9/19. On 9/18 a message was left asking me to call them to see if my appointment could be changed. At 5:30 PM when I returned the call, their outgoing message said "Do NOT leave a message, but call during our business hours". On 9/19, when I did so I was told "Come to the office now, or we will have to reschedule" with the next available appointment in mid-December. While Toni was unhelpful, she did commit to having Jody, the office manager, call me at 10:30 on 9/22. Jody did not call. When I call her 30 minutes after our appointment, she was too busy to address my concerns and "didn't want to argue with me". It's hard to imagine how this practice has been viable since 1980. Steer clear and find professionals to care for your dental needs.
