Set my boy to get his oil changed. Sign out front said 19.99. Well now. These guys are crooks they told my 17 yr old it would be 40.00 to 50.00 for an oil change. Need full synthetic oil. Total BS. Firestone down the street changed the oil for 26.00. Don't be raking in by their lies. Total rip off.

I would be ashamed to own a business which looks like theirs. They front Center Street in Deer Park, Texas. They look like they need to be on a back road selling used car parts. Put a little bit of money into your business, it might improve your amount of business. Have some pride for what you own!

Avoid this place like the plague - they don't know what they're doing and their staff is rude and inconsiderate. After completing some work on my high performance car, I needed to get it inspected. I pulled into this place, told the attendant what I needed, told him what I had, and told him to be easy on the throttle. So what does this jerk do? Stomps on it to drive it around to test the brakes before pulling it into the bay. Then, he and one of his grease monkey wrenches pop the hood and just gawk at the engine. After 5 minutes of doing nothing, this guy comes into the lobby and tells me the headers are smoking and that he can't inspect it as is. So I told him I just changed the oil and that it wasn't the headers, that it was probably just oil burning off. So, then he proceeds to ask me how many miles I'd put on it since I did the work to the engine. Told him ~50 miles to make sure everything was OK. Then, this jakeleg tells me I need to drive it around more or it won't pass inspection. I asked what OBD readiness monitors weren't reporting ready. He tells me he didn't even hook it up. Huh? I think I know a little more than you about MY car, bub - wouldn't take it to be inspected if I didn't think it would pass.



But here's the worst part of my experience. While he's explaining all of this, his grease monkey wrench revs the snot out of the car driving it back around to the front of the store. I literally said w t f to the attendant in the lobby! So, I go out to collect my car. This fool pops my hood and stands there gawking like he's never seen an engine before. I asked him, "Umm, can I help you with something?" Then, he gets back in MY car. Again, I'm like w t f?! Finally, I get in my car drive it to Jiffy Lube right down the street where I'm in and out in 10 minutes with a car that passed inspection with flying colors.



These people don't know what they're doing and are unprofessional to boot. I wouldn't trust them to change my windshield wiper fluid. Stay far, far way from this place.

Horrible customer service! In my opinion, this company, at least this particular location, preys on women. I watched the employees tell every single woman in the waiting area they needed some sort of extra maintenance. Whether it was a transmission flush, rear differential or something as simple as an air filter, they addressed every woman in there. The men were not approached with any additional service requirements. Also, the manager has no business working with the public. He was rude and very condescending towards me. I was overcharged for an oil change, they left their rags inside my engine and spilled oil all over my engine. When I questioned the charges and quality of service, I was told, "you will be OK ma'am. you don't ever have to come back here and I do not want you to come back." This guy was a total joke! I have never been treated so unprofessional EVER! I would love to see an investigation into their practices and behavior. I will never return to their business and I can only hope this does not happen to any one else. Although, after a very quick search on the internet, I have found this to be the "norm" national wide! I wonder how they can stay in business with reviews like that? They won't be getting any more of my money! That's for sure!!!
