Jolly Jumpers Moonwalk Rentals

Jim and his staff have always taken care of any birthday party, school function, baseball function, or church functions where we have needed moonwalks, dry/wet slides, slip and slides, dunk booths, tables, chairs, etc! We will continue to use him for anything we need!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have used this company for the past 6+ years for multiple occasions and I don't plan on ever using anyone else. Their prices are outstanding but their customer service is even better! Not once have they been late and have never let us down. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. Jim is who I've always spoken with over the phone and he's incredibly helpful, well mannered, and professional.

We have used Jolly Jumpers services several times for both moonwalks/extras and rental of concessions/tables - each time has been the best of experiences. Jim is always professional and works with us on timing. The products are clean and in good shape. I would recommend Jim and Jolly Jumpers for any event.

We had Jolly Jumpers provide an obstacle course and a regular moonwalk for our Opening Day ceremonies. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. We look forward to doing business with them again.

In regard to jnjhoward. We never promised a delivery time. We said we would try to be there by 11. Due to numerous deliveries traveling long distances between stops we arrived about 30 minutes before her party started. They insisted we use a small gate on the side of the house. The husband was with us the whole time as he watched us struggle about 15 minutes to get the large jumper thru the narrow gate. It was only after I told him we had to set up in the front yard as the gate was going to rip the jumper that he told us about the larger gate on the other side of the house. Then we had to wait for him to drain water out of his boat so he could move it. The lady asked us to call before we came to pick it up the next day which I did. She didn't answer but I did leave a message for her. We drove over to her house since the jumper was rented for that day and we had to pick it up. I knocked on the door and her son answered. He opened the gate for us and let us into the back yard. I closed the gate but couldn't secure it since it latched from the inside. As far as the post goes, I offered to pay for the replacement of the post. I don't know how it's possible we broke a 4x4 post, but she said we did. I didn't argue about it. I apologized and haven't heard anything back from them. We are sorry they were not satisfied with our service, but we did try to compensate them for any damages caused. We strive for great customer service but were unable to help this particular customer.

We have used Jolly Jumpers regularly since they opened in 2008 for personal parties, as well as elementary school functions. They have always been friendly, prompt and professional. Their jumpers and slides are quality and are kept up-to-date with inspections and insurance for all of the equipment. We have rented their chairs, tables, canopies, popcorn machine, sno-cone machine, cotton-candy machine and spin art machines as well. I would highly recommend them for all your party needs.

Very unhappy with service. They gave me a time of arrival time and didn't show up until 4 hours later. They didn't bother to call and the party had already started. Upon arrival they broke a post on my fence getting into the back yard. The next day they came into my backyard while I wasn't home to get the moonwalk and left my gates wide open.
