Think carefully before utilizing this contractor. Their manager, Mike, is unreliable. He will not return calls. If you can reach him, he will promise to look into your concerns, then never calls back with an answer. As such, scheduling an appointment is time consuming. To make matters worse, you will very likely see a different employee, who is unfamiliar with your job, each time. This creates undue delays in finishing your project. We were beyond frustrated to have appointments scheduled on a couple of occasions where they no showed, and no one called to inform us of a superseding emergency that would require cancellation and change of date. But aside from lack of professionalism, perhaps most troublesome, even after everything discussed above, was the improper installation of our furnace. They neglected to provide appropriate ventilation to the blower, which tended to overheat and made it difficult to adjust the temperature to effectively warm our house. The owner refused to speak with us to discuss our concerns. So, be circumspect and please strongly consider using another service to deal with your air conditioning and heating concerns.

Mike scheduled the appointment for 2 days ago about one week before, after I was finally able to track him down. I called and talked with the front desk who explained he had never placed our work order on the master schedule. Because of their error the appointment was rescheduled to today. The 4 hour time window passed and again they no showed. After calling the emergency line, neither the technician we were told was scheduled nor the manager responded.

At this time I cannot even offer a marginal recommendation for this company. We had no choice but to use them when our Home Warranty Service said we had no option. Save your time and money and use someone else. Their technical expertise is questionable and their lack of professionalism is undeniable.
